Well it’s great! Better than the Zadro travel mirror (which is delightfully smaller and more compact but doesn’t stay up very well)

This mirror packs up nicely. Wish it was a little smaller but I like the dimensions of the mirror to be larger anyway – in which to examine my entire face. I don’t need the magnification to be 9x. 3-6x will do but it is the only two sided mirror with 1x on one side and increased magnification on the other that I found for travel and actually like. The lighting is the bomb diggity!

I searched high and low for my make up mirrors for home and travel. The Zadro S neck surround light for home and this baby for travel has -thankfully- put an end to my search.

I purchased this mirror after having a bad experience with Zadro’s travel mirror. This product is vastly superior to the Zadro one and although it is larger, it still can be packed for travel if necessary. The light is bright and I love how the mirror folds on itself to a more compact size. I also like that it has a regular plug instead of an AC adapter. Another plus is the little compartments inside for tweezers, etc. I would definitely recommend this product highly. Mirror Place sent it promptly, packaged beautifully. For the money this is a good deal.

I don’t really care about the built in cosmetic trays – I have a drawer for mine, but the 9X magnification, level of lighting, and size of the mirror is very nice. I like this one alot better than the Conair I had previously.

I purchased one of these mirrors for a trip (you never know what the hotel accomodations are going to be like until you get there!). I wanted to be sure that I had a good mirror for make up, contact lens insertion, etc. I have purchased so many in the past that I was truly a little skeptical about this one. Once I got it and used it, I was truly IMPRESSED! It is a nice size, the light is very bright, the mirror swivels from a normal view to magnification (9x), it folds to a nice compact travel size…. It has truly exceeded my expectations! I even bought TWO MORE because I don’t want to be without it! It has replaced my big bulky home vanity mirror, too!

I had the same experience with this item and the seller as the earlier reviewer, L. Pilong. I purchased the mirror for my wife. When she switched it on the first time, it illuminated briefly, then went out. I obtained a replacement bulb from the manufacturer, presuming that to be the defective part, but the mirror would still not illuminate when plugged in and switched on.

The seller, DBRoth, refused to help.

As L. Pilong said, avoid this item, and this seller.

not the lightest or most compact of travel mirrors (folds up cleverly), but if you want a lighted mirror that really works this has to be one of the best. I bought it for a trip but use it all the time now.

I bought this for a make up mirror in my dorm. It works perfectly because when I want to use it I can just pull it out and use it then pack it right back up with no problem. It is a little bit big for a travel mirror but I wouldn’t want a smaller mirror. I go back and forth between home and school and its great to be able to fold it up and take it with me. The size of the mirror it self is perfect for doing make up or what ever. The lights on it are SO BRIGHT! But I think that is the best thing about it, the bright lights. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone who wanted a good make up mirror.

It was too magnified for me and I wanted to be able to put my makeup on without putting my contacts in. I bought another one with 5 times magnification and it is perfect. The 9 was too much.
